The Star Fish Model shows the details of a complete arm, with the stomach, intestinal caeca, pyloric caeca and ampullae in their normal positions. The cut surface also shows the stone canal, axial organ and madreporite.
This model sets out the internal structure of a starfish arm, with the organs shown in their normal positions alongside the ring canal, polian vesicles and the skeleton and nervous system of the arm. A cut surface reveals the stone canal, axial organ and madreporite, and a key-card is supplied to identify the parts.
