There is no fixed MOQ for individual catalog items. For international shipments we recommend consolidating to a minimum invoice value of USD 1,000 so that sea or air freight makes commercial sense. OEM private-label orders typically need a 20-foot container load to make custom packaging economically viable. Domestic orders can be smaller — talk to our sales desk.

Yes. Bulk pricing is volume-based — discounts increase with order size, payment terms and lead time. School equipment programmes, government tenders and multi-institution rollouts receive direct factory pricing with no third-party markup. Indicative tier breaks apply at 50, 100, 500 and 1,000+ units per line item; for full container loads we quote separately.

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT/Wire), Letter of Credit at sight from a reputable bank, and partial advance for first-time customers (typically 30% advance, 70% against scanned shipping documents). Government and donor-funded tenders are usually structured on LC or against bid bond and performance guarantee — our banking partners support all standard tender payment instruments.

Standard quotations are valid for 30 days from issue date. Tender quotations remain valid for the bid validity period specified by the procurement authority — typically 90 to 180 days. If pricing needs to be locked in beyond those windows, we can issue an extended-validity quotation with the freight component noted separately.

We provide quotations on EXW, FOB and CIF terms depending on what the buyer prefers. Sea freight to African ports is consolidated through Nhava Sheva, Mundra or Chennai. Air freight is quoted separately and is typically 5-7 days door-to-door. If you have a preferred freight forwarder, we can also quote on EXW and let your forwarder handle the rest.

Yes. Sample units are available for evaluation by serious buyers — typically priced at catalog rate with sample-rate freight, with the sample cost adjusted against your subsequent bulk order. Tender-stage samples are coordinated with our tender desk and shipped within the bid response window, with manufacturer's conformity certificates included.
